Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

How long will we retain your personal data?

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or in download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to process their request, while the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for notifying the CONTROLLER of any changes thereto.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will fully meet your needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and is clearly adhering to the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, according to which such data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the necessary information so that they may exercise those rights.
